Chef Serrated Slicer

A slicer is a highly flexible piece of hardware, usually longer and narrower than the average knife, increasing its flexibility. This serrated version is also highly adaptable, with a serrated edge for tougher-skinned foods. Part of our 'Chef' range, fully forged and hand-finished with a round bolster for balance.
