A slicer is a highly flexible piece of hardware, usually longer and narrower than the average knife, increasing its flexibility. The length allows the user to produce cleaner, more precise cuts by cutting entirely through the product in a single fluid motion. Part of our 'Chef' range, fully forged and hand-finished with a round bolster for balance.
